Your opinions on the Sig 2022?
Whats a good price? Bass pro has them for 600$ ( a little high IMHO). Are they any good? How badly does its super short 3.8inch barrel affect speed? I saw two cops in Richmond carrying these, the look pretty nice and seem to fit my hand.
I bought mine for around $500 new, sometimes you can find them for a little less. It is accurate and never had any problems of any kind, feeding or otherwise. I don't have a chronograph nor have seen any tests on it but don't think that the 3.9in barrel would have any real effect on velocity. It's a flawless performer and a great value. The only thing you might run into is from some Sig snobs who think because the frame is polymer it's not really a Sig. To them I say who cares, I love mine.
