Can you recognize this toy?
My friends and I found a small plastic action figure at a park a few months ago. Recently, it was thrown away (by a night janitor at our school). My friends and I really loved the toy. If you recognize this toy, or know what it's manufacturing name is, please let us know asap!

Head- Brown hair, tan skin
Body- Red jumpsuit, Blue collared shirt, gray holster on waist and yellow armbands
Legs- Red, red boots
Did it have knee and elbow joints? Looks like possibly one of the older Corps or A-team figures.
