Can you bring your own tools for combat into the army?
When you go to iraq can you buy your own bullet proof vest and night vision that would be better than what the army would give you?
No.
If I was your commander, I'd be responsible for you. So absolutely not.
You say your "stuff" is better, but how do I know? I have no idea how your stuff has been tested. The equipment you are issued is approved for use. I'd have no idea about what you'd be bringing. Also, our supply system wouldn't support your equipment.
